How we work

For theatre shows, we work with your creative and production teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of the performance. To provide the best possible service, we need a script (preferably in Word format); a recording of the show (archival, or permission and time to record); an opportunity to attend at least one rehearsal as an audience member; access to venue audio equipment and a sound technician for set-up and troubleshooting; and an opportunity for a practice run, with someone to listen from the auditorium and provide feedback.

We’ll happily provide you with a copy of our pre-show notes, should you be interested in having these available as a download on your website. Pre-show notes include background to the show, running time, warnings, a synopsis, and description of the set and props, and characters and costumes.
